Tooling, Material Stores and Despatch A comprehensive range of tooling and cutters are always held in stock to prevent any delays with your work. We also have storage facilities for your Jigs, Fixtures and special tooling requirements as well as holding raw material stocks so, once again, we can maximise speed and efficiency. In fact, having programming, jigs, fixtures and processes all carried out in-house means we have complete control over manufacturing.
In addition, our own in-house drill and cutter grinding facility allows us to regularly maintain the good condition of our cutting tools, ensuring the quality of work we produce for you is correct to your needs.
Where possible, we use our own transport
Once your work is complete, we'll then carefully and suitably wrap and pack each product for despatch. Where possible, we use our own transport to ensure the safe and punctual arrival of each order to your Goods In department.

Inspection Department Our inspection department is superbly equipped for the measurement and verification of your manufactured parts to your drawing specifications. This computerised measuring equipment enables us to submit detailed inspection reports to you on request. All of our inspection equipment is calibrated and controlled to National Physics Laboratory Standards.
